We offer a wide range of thermocouple sensors that are manufactured from high grade raw material and are fabricated for measuring temperature in the thermal power station. Our range is highly durable and is available in varied sizes as per the client’s requirements. They are used in pipes and equipments that are applicable in thermal power stations under 600 MW.

We manufacture thermocouple sensors of various ranges of temperature and of various types like (J, K, R, S, T....) RTD PT100 Sensor and Ml thermocouples. These thermocouples are manufactured as 0 per your specifications and requirements. Thermocouple element consists of two wires of dissimilar alloys welded together at one end. When these ends of the elements are exposed to a temperature gradient an EMF (Electromotive Force) is generated.

Thermocouple element groups.

Type J- Iron / Constantan

These are used from 0° C to 600" C Type J has good reliability at lower temperatures. These "thermocouples are very economical. These are used mostly in plastic industries. Available m wide ) range of construction styles.

Type K- Chromal / Alumel

Type K is standard for use upto 1250° C. While stable in oxidizing atmosphere, it is prone to corrision in reducing environments. Protection tubes are mostly used for this thermocouple.

Type R- Platinum / Platinum / Rhodium 13%

Type R are used for high temperature applications to 1450° C. In this type of thermocouples ceramic protection tubes must be used.

Type S- Platinum / Platinum / Rhodium 10%
