Most efficient for optimum Pitting & Pearling of all varieties of Pulses and Peas available in the world. Machine has unique arrangement for adjusting the clearances between the Roll & the Shell, while it is in operation. Machine has provision for connecting Pneumatic Life System for carrying husk & powder (Chuni-Bhusi) to a different point of storage away from the mill room. Affective magnet is provided at the inlet to protect the roll & the shell from any damage from iron particles to ensure long working.


OUR PERLER, (also known as the Dehusker Machine) is the result of long experience, research and intensive tests, to obtain the optimum dehusking results with the least powdering, An emery roll coated with the most appropriate grains of emery and/or Carborandum, and accurately balanced rotates inside a shell of which the clearance to the roll can be adjusted while the machine is in operation to suit the specific requirements. The upper half of the shell is fitted with MS Sheet and the lower half with a thick Perforated sheet of appropriate aperture. The unit is placed in a body
fabricated of robust steel and provided with covers and inspection doors all with an elegant finish and appearance. The inlet has also arrangements to regulate the feed of the stocks to the machine as well as for instantaneous shut off. The delivery is also provided with mechanism to regulate the pressure inside the Shell. All these arrangements enable best dehusking effects.


While working in conjunction with our Pulse Conditioning Unit, this machine has been observed to consume minimum powergiving out a capacity of about 1.2 tonnes per hour, and dehusking to the maximum possible in a single pass, which is not obtained in Traditional mills even after repeated passes consuming more than five to six times of power.

The Gota Conditioner eliminates Water-maximng and Sun-drying and provides splitting of Dehusked Pulse into Dal, by an automatic process which takes place in the work-room itself. Huge investments on drying platforms and the recurring labour costs of drying are saved. The cooking quality of Dal which deteriorates by each successive water mixing, remains undamaged. Production can be carried out day and night and during all the twelve months, uneffected by weather conditions or rains.

The PULSE CONDITIONING UNIT incorporates the latest technology to loosen the husk, which is binded to the endosperm by natural gums. The system surpasses all the hitherto prevailing practices, which were not only inadequately effective, but were costlier, involving oil mixing, sundrying and consequent labour costs.


The conditioning of the raw pulse by this equipment effectively loosens the husk, so that the dehusking taken place easily, in one single pass without rubbing, and there by the powdering is eliminated almost completely, yield is substantially increased and the quality of dal much better. The system also eliminates oil mixing and sundrying.
