This equipment is a unit complete in itself and is provided with a feed hopper that feeds the machine, which is well adjusted and controlled by the feed controller provided in the machine. We have also provided it with the screen plate placed on the base plate which can be easily changed for regulating the mesh required. Further, the grinding takes place by auto collision and collision against the walls of grinding chamber. As such there is no rubbing and cutting and therefore, no generation of heat is occurred. Finally the pulverized material passes through the screen only when it achieves required fineness and as such there is no hammering, rubbing on the scree and so its life is lengthened. This product undergoes strict and rigid final inspection and actual grinding test at our factory. The grinding tests with the client''s material can also be carried out without obligation for testing the suitability of the pulverizer. Our ball mill is a kind of grinder which is a cylindrical device used for the purpose of grinding materials such as like ores, chemicals, ceramic raw materials and paints. These ball mills can rotate around a horizontal axis, half filled with the material to be ground plus the grinding medium. Our ball mills can efficiently operate continuously which feed at one end and discharged at the other.

We are manufacturing ribbon blenders which are designed for efficient and homogeneous mixing of different ingredients and formulations. In this ribbon blender, curved horizontal ribbon blades lift and tumble material while conveying to the centre of the mixer drum where they are continuously overlapped and cross blended. In this Ribbon blender, material goes through upward and downward movements and also there is a cross blending action. The material is thus mixed thoroughly and homogeneously.

Our 'Unique stirrer' is extensively useful for mixing of liquid syrups, and paste type substances. In it, the liquids and paste type substances are mixed thoroughly by blades and so the finished product can be taken out from the bottom very easily. Further, the jacketed arrangement for heating can be provided to stirrer vessel if necessary. As far as their usage is concerned, this machine is useful for chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, food processing industries, liquid soap and ayurvedic syrup making and allied industries. The stirrers are available in the range of 100 lit to 2000 lit and are made through M.S. and S.S.

We are manufacturing Kadha nachine which are specially designed for making kadha of all Avurvedic herbs. Adding to this, it is also helpful for roasting of various masalas, grains, ayurvedic churn, and other formulations. Even it is useful for making of mava of fruit juice and Khava from milk. The duration for making kadha is around 25 to 30 minutes depending upon the material and this machine is available in different sizes from 25 lit to 250 lit capacities.

Our 'Unique homogenizer' is very much useful for the purpose of dissolving, mixing, dispersing at 3000 rpm. These are available form 0.5 h.pto7.5 h.p. and above as per customer's specifications and requirements. Its shearing impeller and the shaft is made of M.S. or S.S making it resistant to temperature variations.

Our tray dryers are extensively used by pharmaceuticals, chemicals, dyes and food industries for the purpose of roasting, drying, heating purpose. We are providing these trays in the model where the size ranges from 12 to 192 trays and even bigger as per customers' requirements.
