Created from powder technology (ASP) has very high hardness on to the tips of teeth and higher resilience compared to usual high speed steels. The properties enable 30% greater cutting feed as compared to other blades (70HRC).

Carbide tipped bandsaw blade is essentially used for sawing tough alloys such as Cobalt, Nickel, Zirconium and Titanium based metal with extremely good surface finish. Higher cutting rates can be achieved in cutting Stainless Steel, High Alloy Tool Steels.
