 | Unisoft has also developed a semi automatice Chapati/ Paninpuri making machine. Ready mix of flour is inserted manually into machine and according to different size required for Chapati/Pani puri, it can be manufactured. Some of Silent Features of machine is as under :-

Unisoft has also developed new range of bakery products as the name it gives more volume to mixed product or dough.
Unisoft's Industrial spiral mixer is used to mix raw materials like wheat, sugar, oil, water etc. Firstly spring rotates slowly untill wheat absorbs water properly and after that it rotates as its high speed while bowl rotates as its constant speed always. Also the rotation of spring depends on time, you set down according to raterial. As the time outs they stop rotating and the mixed products is ready to come out.
It is a fixed bowl spiral mixer for various weight of dough. The mahcine is equiped with motor, bowl reversal spring,safety grids, and two speed system. Thsi type of machine is perfect for bakeries and pastry shops reducing work time.
Range of mixing of dough starts from 15 K.g. , 30 Kg. , 60 Kg. & 90 Kg. For different size of machines different motors are used.

Body of machine is made from aluminium with s.s. blades & cutters. As per requried sizes of vegetable blades are set. It is easy to carry at any places due to caster wheels for easy movability. Size of vegetable can be cut from 6 mm. to 30 mm. per pce. for slices, finger chips, salad, potato, tomato etc.
