The medical wall panel system will provide a safe, efficient means of delivering services to patients/ staff in both general and special care applications. The wall panel system will meet the following criteria:

• Modular design of aluminum extrusions with epoxy power coating with choice of color please specify color.
• Ability to house for oxygen, air, vacuum gas outlets (as per customer choice & request).
• Easy of installation easy removal of covers for maintenance and pipeline connection.
• It will have full-length railing to accommodate all accessories, iv pole etc.
• Panel will have provision for the electrical and communication devices.

A hatch will be provided in each operation theatre to remove waste materials from the operation theatre to dirty linen area just adjacent to operation theatre . Each hatch will be equipped with two doors and the door will be operated electronically.

the hatch will be designed in such a way that only one door will be opened at one time the UV light will be so installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed ,this UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There shall be indicators on both sides of the OT so that door open /close status can be monitored from both ends.

HTM 2020/2021 – Electrical Safety codes for High & Low Voltage System. DIN 4799 – Testing of Air Distribution System Serving OT. Wired to the current IEE Regulations & BS7971.

Laminar flow or plenum box supplied with conditioned air from the central system via “S” class Hepa Filters, mounted on the exit from the supply ducting. Hepa Filters shall be factory tested & certified. Test sealed must be provided in the filter housing in accordance with DIN 1946 & DIN 4799. The ceiling shall be incorporate supports to secure it to the main structural frame of the modular operating theater. The ceiling shall be constructed from 1.60mm aluminum sheet & the insulated using nitrile rubber & aluminum cladding. Air shall be diffused into the theater uniformly over the total area.

Air from the atmosphere is filtered and compressed to provide a continuous stream of oil free compressed air. The air is passed through one of a pair of cylinders containing molecular sieve which absorbs nitrogen whilst permitting Oxygen and Argon to pass through unchecked. The resulting product is 92% to 96% Oxygen with the balance being mostly Argon and Traces of Nitrogen. The flow of air is automatically diverted to the second cylinder, the first cylinder is regenerated. The waste Nitrogen – enriched air is discharged back in to the atmosphere.

Internation fedration of infection control:


It is now accepted that Ultra Clean Air (>10 cfu/m3) reduces the risk of infection in implant surgery.

Operating theatres need to be protected from the ingress of airborne contamination to maintain the air in a clean and sterile condition. Suitably sized air pressure relief damper strategically placed, enable differential room pressures to be maintained and ensure that when doors are operated between clean and dirty areas there is sufficient air flow through the open door to prevent cross contamination.

The membrane concept system consists of tile formats which when used with the range of Hospi-track PCB’s. The fascia is made of superior quality UV resistance membrane with sterilisable feature. The membrane backing is made of 2.5mm thick aluminium that is rust resistance. All high voltage equipment is installed in a separate enclosure. Customer could select own text to be inserted into the fascia for ease of identification at own conveniences. Standard color offered is RAL 9002 for the frame & membrane fascia.

Hospi-track X-Ray Viewer is used in modern operating theatre to ease operating staff during operation stage X-ray firm could be clip securely onto the viewer for the best viewing result. Hospi-track X-Ray Viewer complies with most international Hospi-track X-ray viewing screens are built by using high efficiency electronics regulating ballast with dimming PCB for controlling the light dimming, while maintaining a flicker free viewing effect.

Hospi-track X-Ray Viewer is using low power consumption to provide a homogeneous imaging effect. It is a shadow free design and dissipates very low energy and heat and it is suitable to be used for long hour operation. The viewer is available in single & double plates construction as standard product for operating theatre while Hospi-track could offer many other range of viewers to suit different application and environment. The body is built by using electrolyzed steel epoxy powder coated to BS standard and it is using High quality white opaque acrylic sheet as diffuse mean. The electronics control is installed in lower compartment and the dimming could be adjusted by pressing the button on the fascia. Hospi-track X-Ray Viewer is fully complied with LV requirement while the panel is built to comply with IP standards.
X-Ray Screen (For Modular Theater)

MDD make zonal valve boxes are equipped with components for shutting off and supervising individual / parts of central systems in hospital. It allows the ward staff of allow isolating of the areas for maintenance & repair works. The pressure monitoring of the distribution system is done by integrated pressure gauges. In case of emergency the door can be opened by unlocking. The isolation valves are imported as family, en 331 or 339 certified, ball type quarter turned from a reputed international ISO-9000 company.
