The ZM 2560 Partition Wall System offers a wide range of possibilities for the customer and can be adapted as required to suit the design of the building.

The horizontal device bases are to be equipped on four levels with installation elements for the high and low-voltage technical components, as well as with outlet points for med. compressed gases and vacuum, anaesthesia gas suction systems (AGSS) and extraction points for the provision and waste disposal of compressed air for the operation of surgical tools.

The rotary motion of the device base of 340° is fixed through a rotation stop. The braking on the rotary movement is factory-made by an adjustable friction brake, and can be subsequently corrected by the user.

The modular design concept of the new support head generation means that we can offer indi­vidual solutions to suit every type of therapy and concentration of equipment required.

The equipment consoles measuring 500 x 450 mm, are stainless steel aluminium with trostatically powder-coated finishes according to the RAL card, and can be fitted on two or three sides of the equipment carrier rails in accordance with DIN EN 12218, measuring 25x10mm.

The equipment consoles can be affixed when required to the front facade inside the guide rails, which are integrated into the basic support head, and ca n be adjusted to the exact required height.

The basic support heads of the DVE 5500- BSP/ DVE 5600-BSP range are to be equipped at the 90° level with stainless steel support pipes, 0 30 mm, to receive swinging infusion pipes in standard lengths: 1000,1200,1400 and 1600 mm and other equipment components.

The Moduflex 2500 medical supply unit offers three possible levels of installation on the front and rear side. Level 1, at an angle of 20°, Level 2 at an angle of 70°and Level 3 at an angle of 90°. This creates a total of six levels to which equipment can be attached, providing ample care and optimum overview. Level 1: Installation area for high voltage, low-voltage and communications technology. Level 2: Installation area for medical compressed gases and vacuum. Level 3 is reserved for an equipment rail according to DIN EN 12218.

The ceiling supply units. The partition walls and medical supply systems are produced from aluminium extrusion-pressed profiles and chrome-nickel-steel elements. The aluminium components can be anodised to give the surface finish E 6. Ev 1, or electrostatic powder-coated, in the colours shown on the RAL chart.

The module elements are filled with high pressure 8 mm thick laminated slabs. The colour depends on the article and the manufacturer.

The terminal of the med. gas supply (provided at time of manufacture) is accessed via the central connection point. The media terminal is normally accessed via the false panel, intermediary cover or support heads, directly into the respective medical channels. The copper pipes installed within the system comply with the quality requirements governing med. gases in accordance with DIN EN 737-3.

The system are, delivered project-oriented and ready for use with in-built outlet points according to DIN EN 737-1 and DIN EN 737-4.
