Digital X-Ray Viewing screen: For the first time in India we are proud to bring to you Digital X-ray viewing Screen. Our Digital X-ray viewing screen is a very versatile project, imported from S-CAPE Germany. It not only acts as a digital X-Ray viewing screen, but also as a separate Medical grade monitor which can be used to show video inputs from a wide range of sources including MRI / CT / USG and can also be used for video conferencing. A hatch is provided in each Operation theatre to remove waste materials from the operation theatre to dirty linen area just adjacent to Operation Theatre. Each hatch is equipped with two doors and the doors is electronically interlocked i.e. the hatch is designed in such a way that only one door is opened at one time. The UV light is installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed. This UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There shall be indicators on both sides of the OT so that the door open / close status can be monitored from both ends.

Features of Hermetics Doors :

Swing hermetic door: 
The leaf is sealed along the sides and at the top to guarantee hermetic sealing. At the bottom, it is equipped with a wind stopper which drops down towards the floor, to ensure perfect sealing.

Sliding hermetic door: 
In order to guarantee a correct seal, the leaf descends 15 mm towards the floor and moves 10 mm towards the frame to hermetically seal the perimeter of the opening.

Doors for X-ray rooms: 
Our lead lined automatic doors for x-ray rooms guarantee effective isolation thanks to the lead laminate inserts both on the door and on the vision panel. Available as normal or hermetic doors depending on the requirements of the area.

Clear View Doors:
These doors are ideal for observation and ICU rooms as they offer excellent visibility of areas whilst maintaining the hermetic seal. 

Block frame:
The block frame, ensures a perfect fit with the leaf and guarantees the hermetic seal on any type of wall, allowing the opening to be clad with the same finish as the leaf itself.

Laminar airflow is designed to move particle free air over the aseptic operating field in one direction. Why do we require such O.T.?

• The principal living reservoir of human disease is the human body itself.
• It is estimated that between 5% to 15% of all hospital patients accquire some form of nosocomial infection (hospital stay accquired infection).
• Surgical wound infections account for over 25% of recorded cases of nosocomial  infection.
• Nosocomical infections result from the interaction of several factors.

STORAGE UNIT – (INDIAN)

The storage unit is ergonomically designed made with 1.50 mm thick E.G.P. Zinc coated steel panels homogeneously filled with poly urethane foam. The doors of the storage cabinet house vacuum insulated glass, these doors are installed on the storage units with the help of imported fittings allowing an opening allowance of 160 degree. The storage unit is divided in 2 equal parts and each part having individual doors with locking system. Each part is provided with steel racks which is completely detachable type.
