Bag Filters

Process:

• Compressed jet air which passes through the filter does the work of cleaning the dust & making it fall through hopper, towards the bottom enabling it to get discharged via rotary feeder for dust collection
• The air tank helps in keeping the compressed air at 5-6 Bar pressure and releases it through solenoid valve which opens as per the sequential timer
• All bags are cleaned for further use

The filter media is selected to meet the process requirement and to suit process conditions such as temperature, nature of dust, dust load etc. united also offers pocket shaped pulse jet bag filters for applications such as venting of equipment, at conveyor transfer points, pneumatic conveyors.

Manual shaking type, Motorised type and Reverse Pulse Jet type are available. Dust collection Through bottom discharge by rotory feeder (rotory air lock), screw conveyor etc can be supplied. Dustladen air entering the bag house, leaves the dust on the filter bags exterior, to reach the blower as clean air for exhaust. Compressed jet air passing through the bags, cleans the same to make the dust to fall through the hopper for the bottom discharge through rotory feeder, for dust collection. An air tank Provided keeps the compressed air of 5-6 bar pressure, releases same through a solenoid valves, which are opened as per sequential timer. As per time cycle, row after row all bags are cleaned.
