Our range of impellers are designed wholly machined or semi-finished according to the customers specifications. These impellers are made from steel bars, forgings, steel alloy, brass, bronze etc.

Our range of impellers includes:

• Backward curved / Aero – foil blade impellers for clean (Hot/cold) air gases
• Backward curved / radial tip impellers for low volume, high pressure (up to 2000 mm WGP)
• Non-overloading (NOL) backward curved, high efficiency high volume-low pressure impeller for ventilation
• Double Inlet (NOL) high volume, high efficiency impeller for ventilation

All of our fibre glass reinforced plastic fans are manufactured using premium quality resin and glass systems, motors, bearings etc. We have continued to improve our product to meet the increasing need for high quality, corrosion resistant, reliable exhaust fans.

Manual shaking type, motorised type and reverse pulse, jet type are available. Dust collection through bottom discharge by rotory feeder (rotory air lock), screw conveyor etc can be supplied. Dustladen air
entering the baghouse, leaves the dust on the filter bags exterior, to reach the blower as clean air for exhaust. Compressed jet air passing through the bags, cleans the same to male the dust to fall through the hopper for the bottom discharge through rotory feeder, for dust collection. An airtank provided keeps the compressed air of 5-6 bar pressure, releases same through a solenoid valves, which are opened as per sequential timer. As per time cycle, row after row all bags are cleaned.
