|  | Counter Flow FRP Cooling Tower
Our range of FRP cooling towers are manufactured using glass reinforced plastic and are available in standing bottle type & square type models. Being a mechanical type counter flow tower, our products intakes air from the bottom & discharges the waste heat from the top.
The bottle type tower casing comes filled with Honeycomb type of PVC FILLS where the water distributor sprinkler is fixed on the top of inlet pipeline & helps in even distribution of hot water over the Honeycomb fill media. The use of superior engineering allows the cold air to meet cold water at the bottom of infill that provides maximum evaporation & heat transfer in the infill. We have the capability to assemble small capacities towers at factory premises, whereas higher capacities towers are assembled on site which helps in avoiding excess transportation cost. |  | Cross Flow FRP Cooling Towers
Our range of Cross flow FRP cooling towers are manufactured using glass reinforced plastic and are available in standing rectangle type models. Being a mechanical type cross flow tower, our products intakes air from both sides and discharges the waste heat from the top.
The tower casing comes filled with Honeycomb type of PVC FILLS with 'S' type drift eliminators on both sides and the water is distributed with spiral target nozzles from the top of inlet pipeline & helps in even distribution of hot water over the Honeycomb fill media. We have the capability to assemble small capacities towers at factory premises, whereas higher capacities towers are assembled on site which helps in avoiding excess transportation cost. Our CCT timber cooling towers are atmospheric cooling tower and mechanical cooling towers.
Atmospheric towers are only for smaller capacities and mechanical draft towers are for higher range. Induced draft cooling towers are efficiency and popular due to sucking of air from the tower and exhaust at the top or side. The timber cooling towers are made out of pine or chirr wood after properly seasoned and chemically treated with arsenic chromite to with stand its life against biting, fungus and termite etc. Boiler waterproof plywood [marine grade], asbestos, treated woods, ss or hot dip. Galvanized bolt and nuts are used in the timber cooling towers. Marine grade plywood is used for hot water chamber in timber tower. The water is distributed by even distribution nozzles by gravity. So no extra pumping cost.
Timber Cooling towers are useful for chemical plants, air conditioning plants, induction furnace, injection moulding machine, chilling plants, oxygen plants. diesel generating sets and heat exchangers. And also for steel industries, cement industries, chemical industries, and water effluent treatment industries.
