Our range
of lead-in-wires for electric lamps offers an electric connection to the
filament along with a glass-to-metal seal component. The lead in wires are manufactured
for covering a wide range of dimensions and materials that suit multiple applications
and lamp types. Manufactured using percussion electric or gas welding
techniques the lead-in-wires can also be customized as per clients’
specifications.

The plastic caps we manufacture have very close tolerances on figments. These components remain dimensionally stable in high temperature which is of great importance. We offer the plastic caps and sockets for core lamps, integral lamps, spiral lamps and globe lamps. Manufactured using PBT glass filled, Fire Retardant, UV stabilized and UL, our range conforms to IEC standards.
 
All our machines are controlled by microprocessor along with multi stage parameter settings that helps in achieving the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
