Gear Shaper Cutters are available with roughing finishing, Chamfering, Topping, Non Topping, Protuberance, Flat and Fillet with various pressure angles. Manufacturing of various type of gear shaving cutters such as conventional, diagonal, underpass and plungecut are undertaken. Conventional type in a wide range of sizes to meet the requirements. Gear shaving cutters are designed as per component drawings and are fully compatible with the pre-shaving tool used. Special profiles can be offered on the cutter to generate tip relief on the component. Being a single source for various pre-shaved tools-hobs and shaping cutters, design parameters of gear shaving cutters are optimised to have a quality end product.

Standard Gear Hobs for Spur and Helical Gears, Gear Hobs can be supplied in Class "AA" "A" "B" Ground profile & "C" Machine relieved from 0.5 to 40.0 Module and 64 to 0.8 DP in various pressure angles.

Timing Pulley Hobs are available in Machine Relived and Ground Tooth finish. We are capable to achieve class “A”, “B” and “C”. We manufacture Timing Pulley hobs are available in standard, Non standard and as per customer requirement.
