Optical Lenses
We are one of the reputed names in the industry engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of optical lenses, prisms and other optical products which are offered to a large number of clients in domestic market. All the products undergo strict quality checks to ensure their manufacturing before they are sent to the client.

The ranges we offer include:

Achromatic LenseS
Achromatic LenseS

We manufacture a wide range of achromatic doublet lenses which is designed to remove chromatic and spherical aberrations inbuilt in singlet lenses. These lenses when used on axis, focuses a corresponding input beam to an ideal point which is restricted only the effects of diffraction and can only achieved over a broadband of wavelength.

Uses:
  • Achromatic lenses can be used to collimate and focus laser beams
  • Used for high-quality imaging on-axis

Convex Lenses

Our vast assortment of plano convex lenses and double convex lenses are made from various materials and have curved interface and planar interface. Our precision range of lenses is developed to tighter tolerances. Depending on their role, in an optical system, their direction has to be taken into account.

Uses:

  • It can be used to focus, gather and collimate light
  • Useful as an easy imaging lens where image quality necessity is not too vital

Concave Lenses
Concave Lenses

Bi-concave glass lenses are manufactured with both surfaces concave. These lenses have negative focal lengths. These lenses diverge collimated incident light and form virtual images, which are seen through the lens. They are often used to expand light or increase focal lengths in existing systems. They are used in laser beam expanders, optical character readers, viewers, and projection systems. Antireflection coatings can be ordered as an option.

The plano concave lenses are made from various material, which are manufactured with one concave surface and one plane surface. These lenses have negative focal lengths. These lenses diverge collimated incident light. They form virtual images which are seen through the lens. They are often used to expand light or to increase focal lengths in existing systems. We also offer precision grade plano concave lens with tighter manufacturing tolerances.

Meniscus Lenses

Our range of meniscus lenses which is also known as convex concave lens is manufactured from high raw material and is thicker at the center than at the edges. These lenses are highly polished and are used universally and are offered as per the client’s specifications.

Cylindrical Lenses
Cylindrical Lenses

We offer a vast range of cylindrical lenses which are available in two kinds such as Plano Convex cylindrical lenses which are useful for line imaging or uni-axial magnification in a wide range of applications. The other kind of lenses are Plano Concave cylindrical lenses which provide uni-axial negative imaging for anamorphic beam expansion and used in a wide range of applications.

Triplet Lenses

Our entire gamut of triplet lenses is manufactured from precision grade raw material and offers the best performance in terms of achromatic clarity and has a relatively large viewing area. These combine 3 cemented lenses, made from crown and flint glass and are corrected for chromatic aberration and barrel distortion.

Specifications:

  • A 15X lens may be used for geology field studies
  • The 20X magnifier can be used to view fungal spores
  • 30X for microfractures in jet engine turbine blades

Photo Enlarger Lenses / Photo Imaging Lenses
Photo Enlarger Lenses / Photo Imaging Lenses

We design a wide range of photo enlarger lenses which is a multi element lens system used to produce photographic prints from film or glass negatives. These lenses are available in various focal lengths such as 50mm, 75mm, 105mm etc.

We also offer photo imaging lenses which are carefully designed and are used in multi format cameras and used for various applications. They are also available in various focal lengths. These lenses feature precision manufacturing standards and are made using superior optical glass and heat resistant materials to provide in them better service life standards.

Anamorphic Prisms

We offer clients a wide range of precision engineered right angle anamorphic prisms which is the most common type of prisms. These prisms are coated with various optical coatings to form cubic beam splitters and color separation cubes used in various projection systems and they are also often coated with high transmission using the hypotenuse face in total internal reflection (TIR), with an antireflection coating on the entrance and exit faces. It is used to re-direct a beam of light at 90 degrees from the incident direction or used as a 180 beam retro-reflector. The various types of prisms available are:

  • Penta Prism
  • Beam Splitter Penta Prism
  • Corner Cube
  • Dove Prism
  • Dispersive Prism
  • Equilateral Prism
  • Wedge

Glass Filters
Glass Filters

We design a comprehensive range of filters which is an optical component that control incident wavelength by distrib. These filters work on the rule of transmission curves of all optical glass filter materials, using an optical absorbing substance in glass. This way more than 60 different optical glass filter materials can be available for disposal.

Optical Windows

Optical windows are used for protecting fragile optical components inside an assembly. AR coated BK7 glass window is the most common type. It has good performance over visible and near infrared wavelength region.  We also offer fused silica windows and sapphire windows for wider spectral region and harsher environment. BK7 window is the lowest cost type of all three.

Mirrors and Reflectors
Mirrors and Reflectors

A mirror is an object with a surface that has good specular reflection. that is, it is smooth enough to form an image. The most familiar type of mirror is the plane mirror, which has a flat surface. Curved mirror are also used, to produce magnified or demagnified images or focus light or simply distort the reflected image. Its sufaces can be coated by Aluminum or Silver or Gold.

Optical Glasses and Glass Moulds

We have a complete range of Optical Glasses manufactured by Schott, Ohara, Pilkington, among others. This includes the full index range in ingot, block, and strip form. We store a tremendous inventory of raw optical materials to better service the needs of our customers. We take great pride in our inventory to insure it's accuracy and traceability. One of our strengths is being able to select the materials we carry to various quality levels of straie, bubbles, homogeneity, birefringence, and transmission. We can then machine these selected materials to the blank sizes you require.
