We offer magnetic cum paper band for efficient filtration of magnetic & non – magnetic contaminants and all types of coolants. Magnetic separator separates magnetic particles reducing the load on the paper band filter and consumption of paper. The paper band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 micron. The contaminated coolant passes through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are separated and scrapped off. Subsequently coolant passed through the paper band filter where non magnetic particles are removed. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter. When predetermined level is reached and filter is chocked it actuates the endless conveyor belt to bring fresh paper in position, automatically. The endless conveyor belt is driven by a geared motor.
