We manufacture and supply these items as per customer Drawings or Samples from Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials as per ISO standards .We can develop any items indegeniously by Reverse-Engineering & Re-Engineering processes.
Process like Heat Treatments, Hardcrome plating, Anodizing, Zinc Plating, Rubber coatings, Plasma-nitriding, Induction-hardening, etc are also catered by us . All the items are checked and approved by our inspections department to give the best & optimum quality to customers.
We are continuously progressing under the able guidance of our founder and mentor Mr. Sajit S. Pillai. Capitalizing on his experience and expertise in this industry, we have been able to maintain an excellent position in the market. Spread over an area of 3500 square feet, our manufacturing unit has an installed capacity of 2000 units. Warehouse & Packaging
We have a capacious warehouse to safely store our range of industrial CNC components, CNC turned parts, machined components, and machinery parts. With the capacity to store 1000 units, our warehouse is divided into a number of sections, which helps in easy and systematic accommodation of our range of CNC components. Our responsible and well-trained storekeepers always ensure that the machinery components are kept safe, from any type of moisture effect or accidental damages.
To ensure proper safety of our CNC turned machine components, our warehouse has following facilities:

Further, we follow several safe packaging methods for our CNC components and machinery parts to ensure that these are not damaged during their transit.
