Universal Gravity Feed Metal Detector systems are designed to inspect any free flowing bulk powder or granular materials such as Pharmaceuticals, Plastic pellets, Cereals, Flour, Spices and Chemicals. Any free flowing materials may be passed through the vertical drop system. The unit fits into an existing pipeline or beneath a feed hopper and the product fall by gravity . The metal free product passes straight through the mechanism and divert the ferrous, non ferrous and stainless steel contamination from the main flow.

Universal metal Detector is installed around a conveyor or chute so that material or packages to be inspected will pass through the Detector’s aperture. The detector creates a high frequency electromagnetic field through which all conveyed material and packages pass. Presence of foreign metallic particles causes a reaction in this field, which is sensed by the Detector, and signal is amplified as required. The signal out put is in the form of relay contacts which can be used to stop a conveyor, sound an alarm, actuate a marking system or any other device or combination of devices.

Permanent Magnetic Grills are used for separation of iron particles from dry, granular and free flowing material in chemical , pharma , food , ceramic , colours, pigments, plastic, ink and other processing industries. These are generally located in feeding hopper or in passage of material flow. these are most effective and low priced, long-lasting, trouble free magnetic separations systems. These are available in Rectangular, Square , Round shape with / without attached hopper for feeding arrangement of material. These are also available with magnetic elements placed in double row in zig-zag position with drawer type for most effective separation. Self cleaning type of magnetic grill can also be supplied wherever required.

It is self-cleaning type of Magnetic Separation System with drive system and housing with feeding hopper. It is generally used in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and collected continuously in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and continuously in collecting chute meant for it. Non-Contaminated material is passed through for further processing. This system has internal stationary magnet and outside S.S 316 shell that is driven at constant speed. These are widely used for removal of fine iron impurities from lubricants, liquid chemicals , slurries, coolants liquid pharma / food products. This can be installed in a process line along the passage of fluid flow. High intensity magnetic candles are installed inside the S.S 304 / 316 Housing capable of arresting fine iron particles from flowing material. Flowing material is made to travel around full magnetic field region of candles for effective arrest of iron particles. Magnetic filters can be designed for required flow rate considering type of the material to allow flow of product under some pressure. All filter shells are hydraulically tested to check the leakage at joints and sealing points.
