• Raw Material: The initials stage begins with selecting superior quality raw material required for the job. We thoroughly check the quality and dimension of raw blocks in order to reduce the processing time.
  

• Lathe: We use lathe machine for giving appropriate shape to chiselled raw blocks. It helps in shaping up the raw block as per drawing and template of the customer. Our lathe machine has a capacity to take jobs of 140cms dia x 150cms length and 60cms dia x 120cms length.
  

• Polishing: Polishing plays an integral role in enhancing the whole range therefore our lathe turned piece is methodically polished under polishing machine. Our range is polished with diamond pads of grits (24, 80, 200, 400, 800, and 1500) and buff in order to give a mirror like finish.
  

• Boring: Boring is done in accordance with size required by the client. For vases, half bore is done and for fountain, wash basin etc. full bore is done.
  

• Drilling: Our assortment is drilled according to the specified size.
  

• Bottom Cutting: Further extra bottom cutting is done in order to hold the piece in the machine.
