Precision Universal Joints

High precision universal joints with quick release yokes as the name implies, make it easy to fit and dismantle from shafts due to the spring loaded construction.  Available with round and hexagon bores - from 8 to 30 mm.

Male pin construction in all the 3 models ( AL, A & V)  offer another option to fix the Universal  Joint into an already bored location.

These high precision universal joints with hardened  bushes are the result of a combined improvement in design and manufacturing techniques to provide the ideal Universal Joint.  Proven designs manufactured to controlled tolerances  harden, ground and lapped – Model A type U. Joints offer a perfect parallelism of the axes.

Just adequate spaces provided around the transmitting pins, Model A Joints can be greased through the spring controlled entry points – this results in a much longer life, due to constant lubrication.

The range includes Model 101A with a 6 H7 bore to model 114A with a 50 H7 bore.  Keyways, Square, hexagon bores & threaded connections can be provided, for fitment.  Torque capacity is from 25Nm at 100 rpm (model 103A) to 720 Nm (model 114A), max speed being limited to 800 rpm.  Single and double joints with standard lengths and with optional lengths cover a wide range of requirements.

Perfect fit for medium-low speed and limited torsion movements.  Our range of  AL series stainless steel joints, covers bores from 5mm to 30 dia. in single & double configurations.

AL series stainless steel joints in X5CrNi 1810 grade are available for bores ranging from 5 to 30mm in single & double joints. Used extensively in food and pharmaceutical applications.
