Security Manager:
Security manager helps the user to protect and save the test data of all the previous tests with the help of Password Protection feature.

The resultant graph can be traced in various resolution of displacement with special zoom mode for time related behavior of the specimen.

Brinell Hardness Tester

Impact Tester

We are offering impact testers, which have the impact testing capacity of 300 J and are designed as per the ASTM standards. These are used for conducting Izod, Charpy test, which conform to BS BSEN: 10045-2:1993, BS 131 Part 41972 (Amended 15 Aug 1993). The machine works as follows:

  • The Pendulum is mounted on antifriction bearings
  • It has two starting positions, the upper one for Charpy & the lower one for Izod testing
  • On release, the Pendulum swings down to break the specimen and the energy absorbed in doing so is measured as the difference between the height of drop before rupture and the height of rise after rupture of the test specimen and is read from the maximum pointer position on the dial scale
  • There are two strikers and one combined support available for fitting in to the pendulum and on to the base to the machine for Izod, Charpy test
  • Changing from one striker to another is achieved simply by fixing the new striker into it's position

The following tests can be done using this machine:

CHARPY TEST:

  • The Charpy test piece rests on alloy steel support anvils, fitted on the base of the machine rigidly held in position by Allen screws
  • End stopper is provided for quickly and accurately locating the test piece centrally between the supports

IZOD TEST:

  • The Izod test piece is clamped vertically in Izod support fitted on the base of the machine
  • The support is provided with a machined vertical grove to suit the test piece size The front clamp piece and the Allen screw enable clamping of the test piece in correct height with the help of Izod setting gauge supplied

Torsion Testing Machine

We are manufacturing Torsion Testing Machines, which are used for conducting torsion and twist on various metal wires, tubes, sheet materials. The torque measurement is done by pendulum dyanometer system and its range can be adjusted by auto torque selector. Moreover, Torque can be applied to specimen by geared motor through gear box. The features and specifications are:

  • Autographic recorder gives the relation between torque and angle of twist
  • The accuracy of torque indication is ±1% of the true torque

CBR Load Frames

We are offering CBR Load Frames (UMI-106), which are used for finding the relative bearing ratio and expansion characteristics of soil used for base, sub-base and sub-grade of roads, pavements and run ways. These can conduct tests on all types of soils including sand, gravel, and crushed stone. Our frames are used for selection of materials and control of sub base. The test is done in following manner:

  • The testing procedure is very simple
  • A 50 mm dia penetration piston is forced in the test soil and load required to penetrate the piston is measured
  • Load is measured by mean of compression proving ring and penetration depth by dial gauge

General Apparatus:
