Slat Conveyor:

Hinged Metal belt conveyors are heavy duty type. curly chips and powdered chips generated in machine operation and carried properly. The pitch of belt depends on the type of the conveyor required and width ranges from 150 mm to 1500 mm.

Magnetic Pick Up Conveyor:

This conveyor is used to pick up the components from the bins and convey them evenly in vibratory screens to a machine for further process. In This conveyor magnet is stationery and nylon belt moves.

Air Blast Cooler :

The uncontrolled rise in temperature of Hydraulic Oil Lubricating oil, and other liquids result in reduced efficiency, and thus leads to undesired inaccuracies in M/c. components, hence, the temperature of such oils, has to be controlled within the permissible range. Normally it is found that, the temperature of oil just above or equal to ambient temperature is suitable for working conditions. To attain its temperature, Universally employed, economic means of Oil cooling Method is adopted, which is known as the "AIR BLAST OIL COOLING" where the stream of air is used from the atmosphere to cool the Oil. Capacities available up to 10,000 Kcal/h.

Refrigerated Oil Coolers:

The uncontrolled rise in temperature of Hydraulic oils, lubrication oils, coolant oils and other liquids result in reduced efficiency and sometimes leading to inaccuracies of sensitive components like spindles, bearings, valves etc., due to thermal variations. The DL model coolers can be supplied with or without circulation pumps. The media to be cooled passes through a specially designed evaporator chamber and is cooled continuously by circulation. Highly reliable hermetic compressor of reputed make are used. Electrical controls with overload protection, Indicators lamps HP/LP switches and timer etc., are incorporated. The required temperature can be set and controlled through an Electronic device. Capacities available up to 30,000 Kcal/h.

Electric Panel Cooler:

Electronic controls are susceptible to troubles when the temperature is too high. They are cooled frequently by the blow in method with air from the atmosphere and/or by some indirect air/ air heat exchangers without filters. The functioning of those units depends, however always on the ambient temperature. The cooling effects are, therefore often unsatisfactory in the warm season. The cooler of the switch cabinet has been developed in line with more than 20 years of experience in refrigeration engineering and thousands of industrial cooling plants built for any application by our collaborators M/s. BKW Germany. The cooling unit SK built is ready for connection. You just have to prepare two opening in the switch cabinet. Capacities available up to 600 to 4500 Kcal/h.

Immersion Cooler:

The evaporator coils are simply immersed in coolant tank and coolant units direct contact with the liquids. The unit is supplied with electric controls and electronic temperature controller is incorporated. It is very ideal for cooling the coolants in machine tools and water chillers. Available in 900 to 15,000 Kcal/hr.
