All tests specified in the job order, will be carried out. Raw materials not conforming to the specifications will not be accepted. To ensure the accuracy of the test equipments their calibration will be carried out periodically. It is realized that good cables can be rendered useless through inadequate packaging; therefore packaging standards will always be adhered to.
Customer complaints, if any, will be attended to within Ten days and customer satisfaction will be sought within Thirty days. We fully assure that the cables supplied by us will have the requisite quality levels and will be cost effective.
