II. Sourcing: We have established corporate procurement contracts to ensure cost effective component and sub-assembly purchases. We have employed both local and nation vide suppliers and also conduct supplier performance audits to maintain highly competitive and flexible supply chain.

III. Inventory Control: An effective inventory control system is used and inventory accuracy levels are monitored and measured.

IV. Manufacturing: We have experience in meeting final product manufacturing needs in a variety of industries and applications such as power electronic products, railways, telecommunications, commercial/industrial and health/fitness.
