Corrosion Resistant Coating We offer a broad range of corrosion resistant coating that are based on epoxy and poly urethane It is equipped with ultraviolet resistant external structures. It has a two component and100% solid polymer system that is used for creating an outstanding corrosion and chemical resistant, protective coating. This coating can be applied on all types of equipment and structures. Moreover, it can also be offered as per the requirements of our clients. |

Chemical Resistant Coating We provide solid epoxy and poly urethane based chemical resistant coating. The chemical resistant coating is 100% solid and is used to protect steel, chemical concrete and other structural materials. It provides resistance from non-oxidizing acids and alkaline and that is why it can be used for both interior and exterior applications. |

Heat Resistant Coating We offer epoxy / silicon based high temperature coatings that are used in case of boilers, chimney and diesel generators. We make use o aluminum in heat resistant coating as it is based on silicone resins formulated specifically to protect metal surfaces operating at temperatures from 210°C to 610°C. We have provision for maximum corrosion protection especially that occurs in metal surfaces. As a part o this provision we make use of silicone zinc dust heat and corrosion resistant primer. The primer provides an outstanding adhesion, film integrity, corrosion and thermal shock-resistance. The heat resistant coatings can bear all temperature variations. |

Epoxy Color Pigments We offer a wide range of color pigments that are used for epoxy, PU and vinyl ester products. We make sure that while mixing the pigment into the resin it is better to pigment enough resin as adding small quantities of pigment to small amounts of resin may result in shade variations across the hull. After the resin is pigmented one can mix it with the hardener component
The color pigments are available in a whole range of colors and can be applied in both small and large mixes. |
