Incepted in the year 1988, UNP Polyvalves (India) Private Limited is an ISO certified organization, engaged in the manufacturing, exporting and supplying of a widespread range of thermoplastic valves, sampling valves, strainer valves and piping system. We have gained expertise in offering products of international standards and in customized options, as per the requirements of the client.
Under the able guidance of our CEO, Mr. Amit Shah, we have been able to carve a niche for ourselves in the industry and have an annual turnover of USD 10 Million (or Rs. 40 Crores). With his vast industry experience and perseverance, Mr. Shah has been a source of untiring support and a guiding force for all of us.
Having a marketing office at Thane, Maharashtra, we carry out our manufacturing processes in three plants at Baroda, Gujarat, which is ISO 9001:2000 Certified. We have single shot molding capacity of upto 30 kg that is truly an achievement for the company.
We started the organization with the manufacturing of only 15 NB to 50NB sizes in ball valves. Today, we produce almost every type of valves, pipes and pipe fittings that are manufactured in advanced engineering plastics. The range of valves offered by us includes Ball, Diaphragm, Butterfly, Ball Check, Foot, Sight Glass, Sampling, Strainers, Lined Valves, and Pipes & Fittings, among others.
We have been able to successfully and permanently resolve the issues for piping systems of steel industries, Chlor alkali projects and many other chemical plants with the introduction of appropriate material of construction for their effective and corrosive applications. Our company has carried out multiple projects and has approval from major project consultants in India and abroad.

The Above said QAP is our internal procedure of testing. We provide our internal inspection report to our customers.
Based on internal inspection report we allow our customer to check following :
Physical verification of valves & quality check.
Witnessing a leakage test i.e. hydro test as per our standard test procedure & pressure rating confirmed by us only for acceptance sampling i.e. 10% of the total quantity.
Chemical resistance of ISOTACTIC PP is more than that of normal grade PP even at an elevated temperature.
Dimension check of final assembly of valve as per our standard drawings.
