After meeting the demands of various original equipment manufacturers like M/s. Krupp Industries Ltd. M/s.Walchandnagar Industries Ltd., M/s.N.H.E.C. Ltd., M/s.Binny Ltd. and other various original equipment manufacturers, Universal found that to consolidate its activities, further design developments are required for manufacturing high efficiency fans. Hence, UNIVERSAL had bid for the THERMAX fan division in the year 2000 & acquired the complete fans division of M/s.Thermax, including drawing, design machinery and more than 12,000 clients list where Thermax has supplied their equipment. The high efficiency fan designs developed by Thermax¿s R & D, along with their collaboration with M/s.Zurn Industries, U.S.A. has increased our technical strength tremendously. A sample calculation is given below for the standard fan available in the market with its efficiency and Universal/Thermax fan efficiency, comparing the savings of energy and reduction in production costs, using the present rate per unit of electricity. | | | | |
