We are in the exclusive business of manufacturing , export and supply of  a wide range of Microscope Slides and Microscope Cover Glasses. These include, Plain Ground Edges Slides, Single Side Frosted and Double Frosted Slides , Printed Slides and Microscope Cover Glasses, both Square and  Rectangular types. We use best quality of Sheet Glass and Borosilicate Cover Glass to manufacture these products.

We have been granted Licence for marking our products with 'ISI' mark, a trusted mark of quality in India, by Bureau of Indian Standards, Govt. of India. Our products conform to Indian Standards IS 15268 and IS 15270.

Our manufacturing process ensures that we comply with the requirements of International Standards ISO 8037 and ISO 8255, to meet the requirements of our overseas buyers of Microscope Slides and Cover Glasses respectively.

We have a well-constructed and capacious warehouse for storage of Raw Material as well as the Finished Products The two are stored in seperate areas in the warehouse, under properly maintained environment.

Warehouse staff are well trained in marking, record keeping, for safe and effective storage, and retrieval.

The Inventory Management system terminals placed all over the factoy area help us maintain record of movement of all Incoming, Intermediate Stage and Finished material on real-time basis.
The process of dispatch is well sytematized.

We understand the importance of proper packaging of the products that we manufacture.

The slides are packed in '360 GSM White Backed Duplex Paper Packets' which are appropriately printed in different colours for easy identification.These slide packets are packed in 200 GSM Kraft paper corrugated cartons, suitable for withstanding rigours of transportation.

The Cover Glasses are packed in miniature transparent plastic boxes.The plastic boxes' design and packing material inside it ensure that there is no movement of the cover glasses inside it. The ergonomic design of the plastic box packing box ensures covenience in removal of each cover glass without soiling the same.

These plastic boxes are packed in printed paper boxes of appropriate capacity, which are then packed in outer corrugated paper carton for safety during transit.

We also provide customised packing as per  customers' requirement for bulk quantities.

To achieve the same, we have an established 'In-Process Quality Control' procedure in place, in our plant. Operating procedures for each work stage is documented and made available to every member of the manufacturing team.
We encourage our team to whole heartedly comply with the 'process sheets' for their work-station.Changes in work-procedure/process are first evaluated and documented if found suitable for implementatin.

Quality Assurance team works in close association with the shop floor operatives to ensure that at each stage of production, quality requirements are being complied with, fully.

Some of the quantitative measurements that are recorded at intermediate stages of manufacturing, are  

• Measurement of Refractive Index, using Refractometer,  
• Measurement of parallelism, using Auto Collimator and calibrated precision glass flat.
• Thickness & Dimensions using digital Vernier & Micrometer.

Spread across a sprawling area of 582 Sq. Mts., our manufacturing plant is well equipped with all the modern machineries of latest technology, to meet the requirements of both Indian as well as International Standards for Microscope Slides and Cover Glasses.

With the installed Plant & Machinery, we have  achieved manufacturing capacity of 5 million Microscope Slides and 1 million Cover Glasses a month.

We have an In-House  maintenance facility, which enables us to keep our manufacturing resources ready for delivery of optimum throughput, to meet production volume commitments.

Organising the right quality raw material to meet production schedule is the responsibility of our Planning & Procurement Excutive.Raw material is sourced from amongst the approved suppliers.
Our production team is empowered to take all the necessary measures to ensure that only the products that fully meet the specifications, move out of the shop floor.
In - process Quality Assurance team is ever vigilant, at each stage of manufacturing, to verify that the laid down process of manufacturing is complied with.
Besides working on generation of bsinesss, the Sales & Marketing Executive also tracks delivery commitments being met and keeps in constant touch with the users of our products for feedback on quality of products and service.
