Specification

Corrugation Machine Is Driven By Ac Motor Reduction Gear Box And Gear Train.
Pinch Roll Assy Is Driven By Chain Sprocket Drive Arrangement Through Both Corrugation Roll.
Tensioner Roll Is Fitted On Housing For Tightening The Chai And Avoid Slag In Chain Due To Screw Down Operation.
A Feed Table Is Provided With Gauge Block To Adjust The Width Of Sheet This Table Is Mounted On Two Bracket And Mounted On Entry Table.
Movement Of Table Is Achieved With Crank And Lever Connected To Corrugation Roll.
An Auxiliary Table Is Placed Between Corrugation Roll And Pinch Roll For Proper Entry Of Sheet In Pinch Roll.
An Exit Table Is Provided For Removal Of Finished Sheet.
For Pressing Of Corrugation Roll And Pinch Roll Screw Down Arrangement Is Provided.
