In urban areas also, there is an increasing over-dependence on LPG / gas cylinders for purpose of planned cooking needs. In this scenario, Solar Cookers are perfect substitute for eliminating use of conventional (and other carbon emitting/polluting fuels) sources that can be efficiently used for cooking tasty as well as delicious meals/heating purposes at virtually zero costs.

Further, the convenience of solar energy is also available for meeting part cooking needs is also an additional incentive. Solar Cookers offered by us are available at a price of less than INR 3000/-.

Urja Finance:

Entire range of products offered by us may be purchased using Urja Finance program. How does sunlight affect life on Earth?

How do we get electricity from the sun?

Sunlight is made up of small particles of energy called photons. How does PV differ from other solar energy technologies?

There are four main types of solar energy technologies: Photovoltaic (PV) systems that convert sunlight directly to electricity by means of PV cells made of semiconductor materials. Concentrating solar power (CSP) systems help in concentrating sun's energy using reflective devices like troughs or mirror panels to produce heat that is then used to generate electricity.

Solar water heating systems that contain solar collector that faces sun and either heats water directly or heats a 'working fluid' that, in turn, is also used to heat water.

Transpired solar collectors, or 'solar walls', which use solar energy to preheat ventilation air for a building.
