We manufacture PU products like Pipe Section of standard pipe sizes, PUF Slab of various thickness for general insulation.
We undertake spray foam insulation projects
Usara Polymers Pvt. Ltd. promoted by well qualified technocrats. We have got latest machineries, sophisticated laboratory facility and manufacture products meeting required standards.
We can supply sandwich panels thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 150mm. The panels can be with or without camlocks. The density of core polyurethane foam is 40 kg/cu m. We also supply panels of Polyisocyanurate Foam (PIR) core of density 45 kg/cu m. We also manufacture panels having higher core foam density as per customers? requirement. Our Fire retardant (FR) panels have core foam that adheres to the standard specification.
Our PU foam products like pipe section and slabs are of density 38-40 kg/cu m.
We take spray foaming project for insulating roof top, underdeck and walls. The density ranges from 40 to 45 kg/cu m.
