The customer used are made from various grades of Rubber like kalraz, Viton, Silicon, Neoprene, Bune-N, Epbm, EPT Teflon, Glass filled Teflon etc. The Metal Parts are usually made of Hastellay ?C? Alley-20 or SS-316, Flatness of Seal faces are Checked by optic light band tests after lapping to ensure proper sealing faces. This inspection is done under Helium Monochromatic checked light. |
