The Raw Material Inputs consist of Steel Bar Stock, Forgings and Ferrous and Non Ferrous Castings. Bought out Finished Components consist of Bearings, Springs. Oil Seals and O’ Rings, Sheet Metal Pressed Components, and Hardware items etc.. The Consumable Stores and Tools consist of Oil and Lubricants, Cutting Tools, Drills, Reamers, Hobs, Shaving Cutters, Broaches, Grinding Wheels, and Honing Stones etc..
 
Forgings and Castings are processed on Precision Machine Tools such as , CNC Machining Centres, Lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, Capstans, Turrets, Fine Borers, and special purpose machines. Plain and Alloy Steel Components are Heat Treated to desired Strength. These Components are then finished machined on Grinding Machines such as Center less, External and Internal Grinding Machines. Further these are super finished on Honing and Lapping Machines to a very high degree of precision, as per the drawings and specifications of the Customer.
 
All the Components are thoroughly Inspected, washed cleaned and assembled. These Assemblies are then tested thoroughly on specially designed Test Rigs for the performance. Periodically the assemblies are put on Endurance Testing to ensure the continuance of Quality of the Product.
 
For Quality Control the Company has Standard Inspection Equipments such as Air Pressure gauge, Surface Roughness Tester, Micrometers, Verniers, Digital Height Master , Height Gauges, Surface Plates, Bore Gauges, and Special designed Gauges including Pneumatic where required for all the Components.

3. Mr. VIVEK JHAWAR-  B Com (Hons), MBA. He has 14 years experience .in Accounts and Finance.

4. Mr. ROHIT JHAWAR.- B.Com with 12 years experience in Marketing.

5. Mr. S.K.BHASIN.-  A Mechanical Engineer having 28 years experience 28 years with M/s. Escorts Ltd., Faridabad and M/s.U T Ltd., Faridabad.

Hydraulic lift assembly is integral part of a Tractor and its function is to operate the Agricultural Implements and is an important and Vital Component of the Tractor. The System operates at Oil Pressure of about 160 Kg./sq. cm. The complete assembly comprises of the following.
 

1. Pump Assembly: It generates Hydraulic Oil Pressure required for operation of System.
 

2. Distributor Assembly: It regulates flow of Oil in System.
 

3. Lift Mechanism: It builds up the required Thrust to operate the implements.

     4.      Linkages and Control : Coordinate and Control the System.

The quality assurance is delivered by the rigorous functional/performance tests carried out on every unit coming out of the assembly line. We also perform live tests on them periodically. The test rigs are computerized to reduce human errors. Utmost care is taken at every stage so as to bring out superior quality products. Process and inspection sheets are laid down to ensure strict vigilance both in the procurement and production process. The tests are done with the help of all types of pneumatic as well as digital gauges. A well-equipped standard room is set up for the caliberation for in process gauges and periodic inspection of important components.The equipment is in the standard room is regularly caliberated by recognized agencies.

QUALITY ASSURANCE, ORGANISATION, SYSTEMS & PROCEDURES:

Quality Assurance, Design & Development are directly under the control of Mr. J.M.Khanna. He is assisted in these tasks by Mr. S.K.Bhasin.
Commensurating with the size of Unit, adequate qualified personnel are appointed to ensure the Quality. and Systems have been laid down as per ISO-9000:2000.

The Equipment being manufactured being of vital importance, utmost care is taken at every stage of manufacture. In line with this requirement Process and Inspection Sheets have been laid down to ensure that our work force maintain strict checks both in procurement and production. In process all types of gauges including Pneumatic and digital which are required to keep a check are provided.

Over and above rigorous functional / performance tests are carried out on every unit coming out of Assembly line and Life Tests are carried out periodically. Two test rigs have been computerized to reduce human error and balance are being done.

A well equipped Standard Room has been set up for calibration of in process gauges, and periodic inspection of important components. The equipment in the Standard Room is regularly calibrated by recognized agencies.
