USHA has been manufacturing Material Handling Equipment Since 1982. USHA
group has Specialized in the field of Hydraulic for over 30 yrs. Usha has
also developed coil Cars with Hyd. Drive & special Purpose lifts,
Upenders & Conveyors.

|
They are the most commonly used material handling aid and is
generally used for loading, stacking, feeding and positioning
applications.

| Container/Truck
Loading System |
This system consists of a stationary scissor platform either pit
mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp.This is placed in the
area where the truck will be parked for loading. Pallet
Truck/Stackers/Fork trucks are used to bring material to the scissor
table which lifts up and facilitates movement of above equipment into
trucks for loading/unloading.

High Rise
Maintenance Platform
|
This is basically a multiple scissor mechanism mounted on a towable
chassis with 4 solid rubber wheels and a towing hook. The number of
scissors depends on the height of the length of the platform. The
scissor design provides maximum stability and larger working area as
compared to telescopic equipment. The operation is by one of more
hydraulic cylinders and AC or DC Hydraulic Power pack.

Dock
levelers
|
Material handling in the Industry starts and ends with Dock
levelers. Hydraulic dock levelers are hinged type equipment which can be
mounted at entry point flush with elevated workshop floor and can be
hydraulically adjusted to form a dock with LCV,trucks etc. to facilitate
quick and efficient loading/ unloading of LCV/ Trucks. The equipment is
electro hydraulically operated by 415 VAC power pack and push buttons,
and the platform can be raised or lowered above or below horizontal
level to adjust to small LCV'S or big trucks. The lip movement can be
manual or hydraulically operated.

- Lowest Operating pressure in Indian Industry due to COMPUTORISED
simulation - giving much longer life of pump & Hydraulic hoses &
fittings.
- Heavy duty rigid construction to take off centre loads -normal USHA
equipment. weigh higher than competition making it never to European
practice 20% to 30% heavier
- Rollers fitted with sealed double ball bearings.
- Overseized pins used to give proper bearing area. Normally pins are
hard chrome plated at bearing surface. Where DU Bushes have to be used
(optional) Specially designed greasing system using our experience of 20
years in manufacture of these equipments.
- Our 25years experience used in manufacture of Hydraulic cylinders
used to give you optimised operation using teflon hybrid/polyurethane
seals.
- Manifold design power packs used to minimise piping &fittings
for reduced maintenance. Subject to stock availability Imported power
packs upto 3 HP are provided at no extra cost.
- specially design blocks with imported poppet solenoid valves mounted
near cylinders to give maximum safety as per latest European practices
in case of hose failure.
- Our heavy duty lifts are operating in 4 to 5 min operating cycle 2
shifts a day at TELCO & FIAT INDIA plants.
Infrastructure
Manufacturing plant is located in Thane having a separate plant for
fabrication & one for Hydraulics.

Our company now enjoys a dominant position in the domestic market as the
quality of our products has been well recognized by both the private and
public sector. Our company now wants to target the export market and
customize goods for the international buyers which will not only bring
