Our organization offers a precision engineered range of Container/Truck Loading Systems. These are available in various capacities, ranging from 100 kg upto 10, 000 kg and have platforms of variegated sizes. Our range is offered with three different options, viz. hand operated lifting, power operated lifting and transporting attachment. The clients can load material into trucks as per their specific requirements, using the following:

Type -I:

• Making use of Hydraulic Single Scissor platforms, which are available in variegated capacities depending upon the requirement of the client. These have a platform size of about 2 x 1 m & height upto 1600 mm
• Can be availed in mobile or stationary type
• We offer models upto 1000 kgs with hand/power operation
• Scissors that have a higher capacity need to be power operated in order to facilitate lifting movement

Type -II:

This Truck Loading system is appropriate for palletized and other loads. Using this system, the entire palletized load can be loaded onto a truck by a single person.

This system comprises:

A)

• USHA Scissors platform stationary type, which is either pit mounted or kept on the floor along with a small ramp
• It is placed in the same area, wherein the truck is parked for the purpose of loading

B)

Pallet Trucks (for Pallet Loads) or simple 4 wheeled Trolleys/Stackers (for non-palletized loads)

• These are made use of for the purpose of bringing the material to the Scissors platform
• A manual stacker (upto 500 Kgs) can be put to use in situations, where loads need to be stacked on top of each other

We are engaged in offering Die Transfer Trolleys, which are manufactured using latest techniques of production to conform to the international quality standards. We offer High Rise Maintenance Platforms that find application in lifting man and loads. Some of the unique features of our range of high rise maintenance platforms are as follows:

• The man lifts are offered with single, double upto Five scissors
• The maximum height is 10 meters
• The maximum working height is limited as per the length of the scissors, which provides more stability in comparison to lifting by telescopic columns & directly by Telescopic Hydraulic cylinders
• The lifting muscle is usually twin Hydraulic cylinder commensurate
• The Hydraulic power is offered with different options, viz. Single or Double hand pump, Engine operated Hydraulic pack & electrically operated Hydraulic power pack
• The standard version is available with two fixed wheels & two swivel wheels along with a towing hook
• The platform can be moved by manual power or by any powered vehicle
• DC operated systems are also integrated with built in battery & re-charging system

The two types of levelers available with us are Hydraulically Dock leveler with manually operated lip and Deluxe model with Hydraulically operated lip. These levelers are very effective in bridging the gap between loading platform and variable heights of lorries. One should take care of max gradient while specifying the Dock Leveler. • All the four sides of the Elevator floor can be kept open in order to facilitate loading operation from all directions
• In closed position, these act as a part of the floor. Further, normal movement of men & material can be carried out easily

In our range of elevators, there is no requirement of guides or columns and the entire mechanism is carried below the platform itself. In addition, we also offer a lighter version of these elevators that are self supporting in nature. Our range of hydraulic elevators is best suited for one or two floor bungalow applications and these do not have any machine room. The only limitation associated with our range of elevators is that currently, a maximum height of only 10 mtrs. is available.

Offering hydraulic upenders or tilters which are used for tiling coils etc by 90 deg. To facilitate lifting by EOT cranes etc. Capacities range form 1 ton to 20 tons. Tilting is by D/A Hydraulic cylinders Operated by Hydraulic Power pack & Push Button controls. These can be free standing or mounted on scissor lifts for tilt & lift operations. Accessories include V Blocks or other customized applications

We manufacture robustly constructed Scissor Lifts, which are extensively used to lift heavy loads. This equipment can raise car body attached to its variable height and also stops at 3 fixed positions, thereby helping in accessible working under Car body. Our organization has developed Scissors type Hydraulic trolley as per German standards for M/s. Mercedes Benz (India) for the car assembly line project based at Pune.

• PLC based paud controls the equipment. Further, it has a very compact built in hydraulic power pack using imported compact hydraulic valves
• A special adapter frame is fitted on the top to suit undercarriage of variegated models of cars. Special retractable brackets are provided along with the frame, which hold the car body firmly and help attach suspension parts encompassing springs
