Purchase of raw materials is done from approved vendors only. At every stage, the manufacturing process is monitored through patrol inspections and control Department. All the testing instruments/ equipments and gauges are calibrated as per the laid down frequency. Customer feed back is taken on a regular basis to keep our systems in check. In totality all material are tested for food grade plastic compliance before any batch is approved for production & the procedures of G.M.P. are maintained keeping traceability of material & systems on the highest priority levels ensuring complete compliance as per pharmaceutical & food company standards.

The shop floor used for forming different materials using thermoforming, pressure forming & vacuum forming as a process is the latest in terms of technology giving highest consideration to cleanliness, traceability, coding & GMP. The shop floor is completely jacketed & ducted giving an ambient temperature for the workers and also keeps the finished product intact. All filters ensure the atmosphere is as per pharmaceutical standards, it have sealed the whole shop floor ensuring no foreign particles are found in any finished product.

It have dedicated 3 Extrusion Machines, 5 Automatic Vacuum Forming Machines, 2 Automatic Pressure Forming Machines, 2 Automatic Thermo forming Machines, 3 Semi-Automatic Vacuum Forming Machines, specifically to cater to the needs of our large client base which keeps increasing as this is accepted for packaging the world over. It also provide innovative packaging designs to the clients for there domestic & export needs.
