Made from FDA approved high impact polystyrene, PET, PVC, polypropylene and other materials that have anti static and conducive properties, our encompassing range like 3d poster, display stand, industrial blister, clamshell packaging material etc. matches the specific requirements of our customers. For our food products it is ensured that the packings are properly sterilized to meet the required standards. We have expertise in integration of customized thermoformed packaging materials as per the automated process of the customer. Backed by our expertise and knowledge of machinery, different materials, automation and package designing, we have gained competence in meeting the packaging requirements of the customers. We can package consumable products from mid to high volume as per the varying demands. Our company is also engaged in repackaging of existing products and is working to keep in step with the current trends in the industry.

To meet the special requirements of our customers, we lay stress on customization of our products. Our in-house toling unit is equipped to handle all designing services, preparing prototypes and samples and many other activities. All these activities are done with the aid of our CAD/CAM facilities. We also have the expertise to prepare different types of molds with the aid of our CNC machines. These are made from solid aircraft grade aluminum, and all the tooling is done and assembled by our skilled and qualified manpower.

Our dexterous team comprise of engineers, technocrats, computer professionals, designing personnel, quality controllers, marketing and administration staff and allied workforce. These people have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and have made a valuable contribution to the success of the company.

Our Quality Control activities revolve around various aspects that include acceptance of purchase order and meteorology and servicing moves around writing the system manuals. Another aspect that we look into for ensuring the quality of our products is, procuring materials from certified vendors. We also make sure that each stage of production is closely watched under the vigil of our patrol inspectors and the control department. Our testing facility is also equipped with all the requisite testing equipment and instruments. These have been calibrated in accordance with the laid down frequency. Each of our packed products can also be printed using different techniques like printing, hot stamping and labeling. Customers can avail our customized printing solutions in gleaming metallic colors and many other colors as per the customer's needs.
