Century Series
Century Trailer Unit
The Century Trailer is a heavy duty industrial high pressure cleaning unit with a unique feature - the HARBEN Century pump. It has all the same features as the Harben ‘P’ pump but has a remarkable flow variance over various pressures. This feature enables the contractor to have a jetting system capable of tackling industrial surface preparation tasks at high pressures and capable of cleaning large diameter pipes at lower pressures i.e. 822.519.
Century Skid Unit
The Century Skid uses the same engines and pumps as the Century Trailer unit, it also has the option of a variable speed rewind hose reel. The unit is mounted on a heavy dutyskid frame with fork lift channels for ease of lifting. The frame is first shot blasted then powder coated for a superb finish. The Century Skid is a versatile unit used by industrial contractors worldwide.

The DTM trailer unit is aimed directly at drain cleaning contractors and municipalities who want to clean small bore drains up to 200mm (8”) or to clean surface areas such as pavements, driveways and drive-ins. It is based on the larger DTB trailer and is fitted with the latest generation Yanmar water cooled diesel engine. It is rare for this size of machine to have a two year warranty on the pump head, gearbox and engine but the DTM has this and a standard one year warranty, covering the remainder of the machine.

USS provides a full range of HILTA 1" to 6" pumps Quality engineered for reliable pumping, there is a Hilta pump for most building site, utility and general industrial applications, including those where extended, maintenance-free running is essential. Hydry automatic priming centrifugal pumps: heavy duty diaphragm pumps for solids laden muddy water and sewage; general purpose, semi-trash and trash centrifugal pumps for high outputs and delivery heads, and electric submersible pumps for clean or drainage water - are all to be found in the range.
USS provides The Flowplant MkII Hydroblaster represents a major advance in both styling and functionality. Fitted with the super reliable AHF215 Aqua pump it is available in various performance options up to 1400 bar (20,000 psi) and 41 L/min (9.0 gpm). The tilting canopy is acoustically lined and allows full access for servicing and inspection. The pump pressure can be controlled manually or by an ingenious pneumatically operated valve system that automatically adjusts both engine speed and pressure. Skid Unit The Hydroblaster skids use the same pump and power package as the trailer and can be mounted on a simple base plate or within a crash frame. Both skid types come with fork lifting channels, whilst the crash frame version also has 4 point lifting eyes. It can also be fully enclosed if a silenced option is required.

USS provides Flowplants extensive van pack range now includes machines capable of cleaning sewers and drains from 25mm (1”) right up to 450mm (18”). Whatever specification you want there will be a machine to suit your preferences. The Harben radial pump with run dry capability and an optional Jump jet facility is fitted to the Mini, Lightpack and Hi Q series machines whilst the Compack and Econopack are powered by traditional Neolith type plunger pumps.
