Pump                          
Three cylinder positive displacement plunger pump with ceramic plungers. Pump is arranged for flange mounting and direct coupling to reduction gearbox. Safety burst disc unloader valve and water pressure gauge are fitted.

Engine                       
Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 20 hp or Kohler V twin petrol engine with electric start and re-charge equipment, lever operated throttle variable speed control, choke, manual pull cable stop low oil pressure warning light and emergency stop button.
 
Fuel tank                        
22 litre rotationally moulded fuel tank with fuel gauge and baffles. Tank can be removed from the van using quick release clips and petrol connector couplings.

Skid Frame                   
Purpose built compact skid frame manufactured from square section steel box. Powder coated suitable for mounting into free-issue van. 
 

Water tank       
Rotationally moulded plastic water tank with a nominal capacity of 70 gallons (300 litres) and removable inspection lid. Water level is controlled by a ¾” ball float valve with overflow. Inlet hose is piped to the rear of the unit to ease the filling operation. The water filter is mounted inside the tank and can be easily cleaned through the inspection lid.

Trolley Frame

Steel header tank with a ¾” ball float valve with type approved overflow and removable inspection lid. A water filter is mounted on the inlet to the tank and can be easily cleaned.  

Anti freeze  
The header tank has an inlet where anti freeze can be added and circulated to protect the pump and high pressure hoses during cold weather.
