Our pumps are running continuously during cleaning operations and outlet can be taken from any point in the pressurized lines through quick release couplings and valves for cleaning with High Pressure Guns.

We manufacture Descaling Systems that can be designed for Billet / Slab / Plate / Bloom/ Forging / Seamless Pipe / Profiles for Primary descaling and secondary descaling. We manufacture two types of Descaling Systems:

Direct Descaling

Operating with High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps, Solenoid valves & Descaling header etc. Operating Pressure Range: 100 Bar to 350 Bar.

Indirect Descaling (with accumulator)

Operating with High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps, High pressure Accumulator, Solenoid valves, Descaling Header etc. Operating pressure Range: 100 Bar to 250 Bar.
