Screw Pumps
| We manufacture various Screw Pumps that are compact and light in weight. Used to transfer liquid of high and low viscosity, we can easily manufacture these pumps in various sizes as per client's requirements. Rugged in construction and robust in design, they also have a compact space and are self priming. They operate noiselessly and provide an assured performance. They are also ideally suited for decanting applications and are wear and tear resistant. We manufacture screw pumps like eccentic screw pumps, twin screw pumps and tripple screw pumps. |

Eccentic Screw Pumps
We manufacture Eccentic Screw Pumps that are compact, light in weight and available in different sizes and material of construction. They can be used to transfer all type of liquid which are low or high viscous, neutral or aggressive media, with or without solid or fibrous matter. They are very well suited to all types of Industries.
Features
Higher Mechanical Efficiency
Capability to handle large properties of solids
Can handle high proportion of gas & entrapped air
Less radial thrust
Low rubbing velocity
Less wear
Lower axial thrust
Smaller unbalance
Quieter operation
Minimal failure
Completely sealed against liquid
High torque transmission
Longer Life
Compatible to different liquids
Principle Of Operation
Our pumps are self-priming, rotary, valve less positive displacement pumps and have only two pumping elements: the rotor and the Stator. The stator has double the pitch of the rotor. As the rotors turns, cavities are formed between Rotor & stator. On movement of the rotor, the chambers turn helically in an axial direction, i.e. backward or forward according to direction of rotation. The Liquid to be pumped moves through these cavities. Pump produces a pulsation less, turbulence free flow. The ability to provide high vacuum in the suction pipe makes them self-priming pumps. This configuration makes our pumps ideally suited for high suction lift. |

Twin Screw Pumps
We manufacture Twin Screw Pumps that are self-priming, double ended positive displacement pumps with external timing gears and bearings. Their design provides complete axial balancing of the rotating elements and eliminates all metal-to-metal contact within the pump, making them suitable for dry running. They are ideally suited for decanting applications.
Features
Separate Screw and Shaft Assembly
Combination of material possible for screw & shafts
Independent Material of construction for Screw & Shaft respectively
Extremely good suction capability
Replacement needed for damaged part only
Compact Design
Casing Available in different Cast And Fabricated Design
Low maintenance cost
Principle Of Operation
Twin Screw Pumps consist of one set of shafts-one driving and one driven with two screws mounted and keyed onto each shaft. The liquid entering the pump is divided into two parts each part going to outer end of screws.
As the screws rotate, cavities are formed between the individual screw. These hold a given volume of fluid. The portion of the fluid that entered the pump and was diverted to the left is then moved by this movement convey from left to center. The portion of fluid diverted to the right is moved from right to center. At the center the two flow paths rejoin and leave the pump through the discharge flange. The drive to driven screw is transmitted by means of timing gears. This feature makes them ideally suited for dry running application. |

Triple Screw Pumps
We manufacture Triple Screw Pumps with external or internal bearing that are available in horizontal or vertical constructions, with or without heating arrangements and have single mechanical seals for shaft sealing. They handle all neutral lubricating liquids and have a compact space saving design and are self priming. They operate continuously and run noiselessly.
Features
Internal or External Bearing Design Available
Turbulence free pulsation less flow
Replaceable Cartridge Construction
Noiseless operation
Low Maintenance
Long life
Orientation of inlet / outlet to meet specific requirement
Principle Of Operation
The pumping element of the Triple Screw Pumps consists of three screws. The main or drive screw and the two driven screws which mesh together within the pump casing and form transfer chambers.
When turning the main screw the chambers move continuously and axially from the suction to the discharge side according to the pitch of the screws. The volume of the several chambers is constant, hence a constant flow is obtained over the length of the pumping elements.
The resulting axial thrust during operating for the main screw is completely balanced by compensating piston. The driven screw are led by bearings or balancing bushes in the discharge area. They are only partially balanced. A slightly axial thrust positions the by pressing them on to the end plate. Due to suction pressure in the seal housing, i.e., in front of compensating pistons and bushes, the pressure is balanced. There is a relief-valve arranged between seal housing and suction chamber.
The screws are in contact with each other as well as with the surrounding casing. Subsequently, the medium must always have certain lubricating properties. The normal force between the component parts is directly proportional to the viscosity of medium. |

Single Screw Pump Stainless Steel For High Viscous Liquids
We manufacture Single Screw Pump Stainless Steel For High Viscous Liquids. Our pumps are most effective for low vacuums, but their high backstream flows through mechanical seals generally limits their usefulness in high vacuums. They have a maximum operational time since they do not exhaust materials.
They periodically saturate and require regeneration, which usually means bringing the system back up to higher pressures and temperatures. The available operational time is usually unacceptably short in low and high vacuums, thus limiting their use to ultrahigh vacuums. Our pumps are tested on various parameters like tolerances, sealing material, pressure, flow, admission or no admission of oil vapor, service intervals, reliability, tolerance to dust, tolerance to chemicals, tolerance to liquids and vibration. |
