Calcium sillicate products are manufactured using good quality raw materials with modern machines aplying vibration and compaction technology.Raw materials and finished products are regularly tested in our laboratory and from government approved laboratories.As such calcium sillicates products offer a better alternative to conventional clay bricks.Further these products are eco-friendly as fertile soil is conserved and fuel is not used.The government is encouraging use of such products.

Solid blocks are available in rough and smooth finish with normal bulk density in the range of 2000kg/m3.Hollow blocks are available in the range of 1500kg/m3 and cellular light weight concrete blocks available with bulk density in the range of 1200kg/m3.These light weight blocks are specially suitable for high rise buildings and earthquake prone areas.Interlock blocks and curb stones are being widely use for pavement purpose.The Company''s endeavour is to produce variety of products as per BIS Specifications meeting customers total satisfaction.

The tremendous savings described when using CLC are manifold,continuing with substantial savings in raw material (no material requierd) in dead load of high-rise reducing by almost half. Consedering that a substantial amount of steel is necessary only to carry the weight if the structure,steel requirement might reduce by hundreds of tons in high rise buildings.

Weight Reduction-Due to light weight of cellular concrete blocks transportation and handling cost is reduced.

The air embedded in CLC blocks does not allow impact sound to pass freely as compared to normal concrete walls. As the impact force is absorbed slabs/ walls made of CLC help in preventing transmission of sound.

Water Absorption- Water absorption rate of CLC block is low as compared to normal concrete blocks.It can further reduced by addition of plastic fiber.
