Multiple Effect Evaporators

We offer multiple effect evaporators as evaporation remains basic process for a concentration of solutions in spite of significant competition of different bro-membrane processes. The processes of evaporation are used in the different branches of industry - from food industry to chemical industry, in which evaporation is a widespread technological process. Theoretically, the multiple-effect evaporators allow in decreasing consumption of energy for a concentration almost proportionally to number of effects.

Multi Stage Vacuum Systems

We manufacture a wide range of multi stage vacuum systems, steam vacuum systems and steam jet vacuum systems which is custom-engineered for optimum performance and minimum utility consumption. These steam vacuum systems, steam jet vacuum systems and multi stage vacuum systems are designed to handle a variety of process gases including air, water, HCl, butane, SO2, ethylene glycol, and many other organic and inorganic vapors.

The steam vacuum systems, steam jet vacuum systems and steam jet refrigeration system can be designed by using either direct contact condensers or surface condensers and it can be barometric or ground level installation as per the site requirements. System consists of barometric condensers require a barometric leg of 34' vertical to remove the water by gravity from chill tank and condensers. Alternatively a high NPSH pump can be used where height is a constraint.
