The control unit matches with any manufacturer gauge head. Normally the control unit is supplied with imported gauge head. PRINCIPLE Electron emitted from the hot filament of a triode system are accelerated to about 150V and on their journey to +Ve grid ionize a certain number of gas molecules by bombardment. The number of +Ve ions thus formed depends on pressure, nature of gas molecules ,electron current and the geometry of the gauge head. With proper choice , it is possible to calibrate ion current with pressure. Using main CPU, various combination of gauge can be made to extend and suit application requirement . Pirani gauge can be added to cover the range from atmosphere to 1x10-10 mbar. Gauge control can be made suitable to any standard ionization gauge sensors. |
