Our range of Rheoline Multifunction utilizes a new generation in-line servo motor along with digital servo drive technology. These products offer superior flexibility and are suitable for a number of test conditions. The instruments can used at low temperatures & frequencies for studying the processing of polymers, as a standard MDR or a dynamic mechanical analyzer for evaluating cured properties of material. The temperature control offered by these products are better than other available options and provides an impressive variation up to +- 0.03° from the set point. These products come along with the set of pre-programmed tests and offers full flexibility to give the user total control of test stages. Tests may be in the form of frequency sweep, standard MDR mode, strain sweep or temperature sweep and indeed any combination of these parameters.

These are from 'Prescott Instruments' and are perfect to be used in laboratory testing of polymers and effectively gathering accurate data on variety of elastometric compounds. The basis of these products lies in rotor and die assembly. One can place a sample of test material above and below the rotor & platens and then closed under pressure.

  • The die temperature and contained sample are accurately maintained throughout the test by using
  • microprocessor based PID control systems
  • The rotor swings on a constant speed of two revolutions per minute with the help of a precise transducer system located underneath the die assembly
  • The torque exerted on the rotor head is recorded and measured within the system data files
