These are highly efficient in defining the profile with the extensive unique instruction sets like jump, loop, loop with count apart from ramp and soak control.

• Micro controller based Digital Circuit
• Four digit LED display for parameter indication
• Six-digit display for programming and showing set point values
• Dust proof membrane keypad for programming
• 100 Programs of 16 steps each
• Input interface: Pt 100 or Thermocouple or 4 to 20 mA as per the requirement Control algorithm On/Off, P , PI or PID with programmable control constants
• Step change over temperature band programmable
• External controls like valve or hooter auxiliary relays are provided with these profile controllers. |
