DCS 24 machine specially develop for green and fired tiles dust cleaning. This sensitive brushing system clean all loose and stick dust from the surface without damaging of the tiles or hair crack. This machine remove dust , pitch mark, Fins and pick valley from tiles surface and provide smooth finish for subsequent process.
Cerata 50 A unique brushing machine is especially designed for wet grinding on vitrified ceramics tiles. It’s provide superior surfacing with Matt and satin look, and increase gloss value. This machine available with multi station upper side brushing station with brush oscillation. Our surface preparation abrasives manufacturing experience has allowed us to build the deburring machine with all the necessary technical devices required to obtain a perfect flat surface. Machine are designed to suit individual customer application and requirement.
