VALTEX Tube Fittings provide a leaf proof torque – free seal at all tubing connections and eliminate costly hazardous leak in instrumentation and process tubing.
 
All the action in the fitting moves along the tube axially instead of with a rotary motion. Since no torque is transmitted from the fitting to the tubing, there is no initial strain, which might weaken the tubing.
 
The front and back ferrules are specially processed to get the best swaging on the tube with not much strength. Anti Galling Silver Coating is done on the nut threading  and to increase the life of the threads for re-connecting the fitting. These fittings are suitable up to 6000-PSI pressure.

VALTEX Tube Fittings are composed of four precision - made components made to very stringent quality control procedures. The consistency and quality of these matched components has permitted their use in many difficult and severe services. The two-ferrule design and sequential action of the fittings overcome variations in tube materials, wall thickness and hardness to assure safe, reliable , leak-free connections. VALTEX Tube Fittings are easily installed with no special tools required. These fittings are specially designed for use on Instrumentation Process and Control Systems, Hydraulic Equipment, Petroleum Chemicals, Fertilizers and Power Generation and Pulp and Paper Plants.
 
Straight fittings are Machined from cold finished barstock and shaped bodies are machined from closed grain drop forgings.

Needle Valves are used in Instrumentation, Flow Control and Process Control Application. Needle Valves are available in One Piece Design for High Pressure which are made from forging body.Also available in Screwed Bonnet type for low pressure made from Bar-Stock. The Spindle are Rolled Threaded and Burnished to get additional strength and smooth operation of the Stem.

Needle Valves are Tested upto 6000 PSI and special packing is used for Higher Pressure and High Temperature Valves.

Needle Valves are available in Stainless Steel, Brass, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Monel & Hastealloy. Available in NPT, BSP, BSPT, ISO, METRIC, SW, DIN, Direct Tube ends with Nut and Ferrule etc.

Our premium range of 2/3/5 Valve Manifolds is used for Isolation, Calibration, Venting and Equalizing function and is used on Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Pressure Gauges and many other Instruments. These are available in Direct Mounting Type ("T" Type  & "H" type) and Separately Mounted Type (Flat Type). Manifolds are Tested upto 6000 PSI. Special Packing is used for High Pressure and High Temperature Valves.

These are available in SS, CS, Monel & Hastealloy. Also made as per customer Specifications.
