Our Mines
The Steel manufacturing business
is not completed unless and until a producer has his own captive
mining such as Iron Ore, Manganese Ore and Coal Block. We have our
own Iron Ore Mines which have been allotted by the state government
looking towards the stability and credibility of the company
followed by Manganese Ore and very large coal blocks.

Plant :- The Company is manufacturing
quality Sponge Iron around 700 TPD under Direct Reduced Iron
Technology ( 1 x 200 TPD & 1 x 500 TPD Kiln). The Sponge Iron
produced by the Company is known for its high grade and high reduced
material which is only possible by using high grade Iron Ore from
leading Companies like NMDC & OMC. The Sponge Iron produced by
the Company is highly accepted by the Iron Melting Furnaces for its

Melting Shop :-
(a) Induction
Furnace :- In our Steel
Melting Shop, we have six Induction Furnaces of 12 Tons each and two
Induction Furnaces of 6 Tons each. With the help of a professionally
managed Metallurgical Team, we are able to melt Sponge Iron with a
high yield.
(b)Continuous
Casting Machine:- We
have a modern Continuous Casting Machine to produce high quality mild
Steel Billet out of liquid metal. We produce different specifications
of M S Billet as per requirement of buyer. We produce around 300 MT
Steel Billets per day with the help of highly professional and
educated team
