Vani fab offers liquid reaction vessels, open or closed type, with either jacket of limpet coil, with bottom discharge. It has a drive assembly with suitable impellers for different applications such as mixing, reactions, blending, extraction, crystallization, emulsifying etc. in the chemical pharmaceutical, paint, varnish and food industries. The unit is highly energy efficient and high/low temperature operation is possible so also vacuum and pressure operations. Variable speeds can be provided. Typical application are in pharmaceuticals, for pasty materials, dye stuffs, dye intermediates, organic chemicals, insecticides and pesticides industry.

The reaction vessel that are currently in use retain some material (of Previous Process) at agitator joints, baffles, thermowell pockets even after washing , which contaminates the next process. At VANI FAB , the internal parts of reaction vessel is 100% clean after the pressure wash. These are best suitable for bulk drugs, pharmaceuticals, food and other related industries.
