We have acquired over seven exclusive worldwide patents covering a novel antiretroviral peptide, VNJ-21, that has been shown to be nontoxic and efficacious in pre-clinical trials. This peptide is a V3 Loop Inhibitor that prevents HIV from combining with a host cell?s membrane to enter and infect it. Based on proliferative and cytotoxic T-cell responses during in vitro testing with HIV-infected human cells, and successful therapeutic results in a non-human primate model, the molecule is safe for first-inhuman tests.

Our HIV vaccine, VNJ-15, is a therapeutic vaccine that stimulates killer T cell response to clear HIV infected cells. VNJ-15 has been shown to reduce viral load to significantly undetectable levels. It also reduces transmission of the HIV and stops progression to AIDS for three years in non-human primates.

VNJ-36 is in pre-clinical development stage. This compound is very effective in disrupting the aggregation of mico bacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and offers a new and effective treatment option for MTB. VNJ-36 is a alternative cost effective treatment for patients suffering from multi drug resistant tuberculosis.
